Dance to Heal organises well-being events focused on the transformative power of music and movement. By combining energetic activities with rhythm and sound, we create engaging experiences that strengthen team cohesion and improve everyone's overall well-being.
At the heart of every session is DJOriaBela — curating the music live, every time. Never a playlist. Every beat is intentional, read from the room, and responsive to the energy of the people in it. Alongside her, a professional choreographer guides participants through movement that is accessible to absolutely everyone.
We are transparent: we are not medically trained trauma professionals. What we offer is something equally powerful — music and movement as a universal bridge to release, connection, and joy.

We will never press play on a playlist. DJOriaBela curates the music live at every session — responding to who is in the room, in real time. This is not a detail. It is the entire foundation of what we do and why it works.
Our choreographer is a guide, not a judge. There are no routines to get right, no steps to memorise, no wrong moves. The only goal is presence — and joy follows naturally from that.
We design for everyone. Elderly participants, mixed-ability groups, people who have never danced — our sessions meet people wherever they are, without exception or exclusion.
We are not therapists or medical professionals. We use music and movement as a bridge — to release, connection, and joy. We are transparent about this. What we offer is powerful precisely because it is human, not clinical.
